Dennis Wencel founded TowProgram in 2009. Before entering the towing industry, Dennis worked more than a decade for large advertising and marketing agencies. His consumer brand focused marketing plans delivered successes for some of the more notable brands in America including GlaxoSmithKline, Peterbilt Trucks, Nordic Track, Zippo Brands, and divineInterventures. Dennis also lead the acquisition marketing group for Peapod.com and their expansion to many markets across the United States.
Answering the call to run his own business, Dennis partnered with a family member and entered the towing industry in 2003. He quickly grew the business by applying a consumer focused branding and marketing plan. The company quadrupled its sales over seven years and was sold in 2009.
